Using the Compressed Zip Folder feature
Microsoft has a pre-installed Compressed Zip Folder
feature. If not, there are various packages available for download. Simply,
Google or Bing a search for Zip software. Placing your documents in Compressed
Zipped folders allows for faster and more secure data transfer. To store your
files in a compressed zip folder, please take the following steps.
1. Be sure to place
all of the needed documents into a folder (name the folder according to your
desires and remembrance).
2. Right click on the
folder
3. Stroll down to the
Send to option
4. Finally click on
Compressed Zip folder
