Steps for Back-Ups
1. Insert Jump/Flash Drive into USB port on your System
2. Click On Start
3. Click on All Programs
4. Click On Accessories
5. Click On Systems Tools
6. Then Click On Backup
7. Follow the steps for the Wizard
8. Click on Back Up Files and Settings
9. Unless your Jump Drive is an 8 gigs or more Click on My Documents and Settings unless you want to save the Files of All Users.
